Monday, June 1st, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. the Innovation Foundry is hosting a webinar with Krista Heath, ACU Academic Operations Manager. Krista will walk through the basics of using Adobe Sign and creating signature workflows. Adobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service. With it, you can easily send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device. RSVP
Email phishing is when an attacker sends a large number of emails targeting an organization, trying to trick people to provide their information. These emails will frequently state that there is a problem with the account, and provide a link that may look trustworthy. Remember never to click a link in an email without being sure it is valid. You can hover your mouse pointer over a link to display the true destination at the bottom of your web browser. Tired of manually sharing files with each member of your team? Consider creating a Shared Drive. A Shared Drive lets you automatically share files with your team members who have been added to that Shared Drive, so you can easily collaborate. Check out Information Technology’s articles in Knowledge Base for information to help you get started using Shared Drives:
Google Hangouts Chat is a great way to stay connected with your team and easily communicate with people across the ACU community. You can access it from a web browser, installed application, or a mobile client. In addition to direct messages, you can create chat rooms where multiple people can communicate together in threads.
