We know that health experts advocate walking between 8,000-10,000 steps every day. Keeping this in mind, you may want to take your next stroll through our beautiful campus. Our ACU campus has thankfully been greener and cooler than normal summers. With over 4.44 inches of rain during July, which is 2.75 inches above normal, July’s precipitation currently ranks as the 14th wettest July in Abilene, meteorologist Nick Reimer said. We shudder to remember the 100 days over 100 degrees just a couple of summers ago.
We surely do appreciate the work of our ACU Facilities and Campus Landscaping headed by Corey Ruff and his team!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Here is a comment we received via email from Corey Ruff, Executive Director of ACU’s Facilities & Campus Management:
Yes, God has blessed us this summer with some great rain! He has also blessed us with some GREAT employees who are dedicated to the mission of ACU.
I truly do appreciate your kind words and I will pass them on to our team!
Thank you and have a blessed day!
