July 8 | 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Let’s Talk Burnout Practical Tools for Caregivers
The Pruett Gerontology Center is partnering with Abilene Christian University’s Occupational Therapy Program to bring a practical, hands-on conversation about preventing caregiver burnout. Caregiving is meaningful, but it can also be exhausting. This session will help you recognize the early signs of burnout and give you realistic strategies to protect your energy, health, and sense of self. Caring for yourself is essential to caring for others.
