FROM THE PUBLISHER:
Kristi Cargill is a 20-year-old pre-med student at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. An active volunteer in public service, she formed the Junior Volunteer Program at the Windcrest Alzheimer’s Care Center in Abilene when she was sixteen years old and has continued in the program since that time. She does volunteer work for Hospice of Abilene, the Lion’s Club, and Hendrick Medical Systems Auxiliary of Volunteers and devotes time to Project Pass, a mentor program for public schools.
She writes for the Hardin Simmons newspaper, The Brand, and is an alumnus of Big Country Emmaus Community.
