Dr. Macaluso began doing gerontology research in 2014 beginning with a project on clergy retirement preparedness with Dr. C. D. Pruett that they presented at the Southwestern Social Sciences Association meeting. Dr. Macaluso is also an Associate Professor of Sociology and Gerontology.

Courtney McGaha’s role as Administrative Coordinator at the Pruett Gerontology Center is to help organize service opportunities and events that help everyone gain a higher appreciation of older generations, the issues they may face, as well as the positive impact they have in our lives.
