This month we have the great privilege to hear from our very own Dr. Sheila Jones about nutrition for older adults. Dr. Jones is an associate professor of Kinesiology and Nutrition, and the Program Director for the Master of Science in Nutrition here at ACU.

We will be serving Chopped Brisket and sides.
