Acceptance into the Photography concentration is based in part on the submission of an online portfolio of images. This can be as simple as a Flickr set, blog or shared Dropbox folder. We would like to see 18-22 of your best images in a large and clear format. These images can be of any subject matter, but we will pay close attention to compositional skill, technical skill and personal interest. A web link will be requested where these images can be viewed.
Please note, acceptance into the photography program does not guarantee acceptance into ACU. The standard ACU application process must be completed.
Need help with creating your online portfolio?
Flickr is a simple and free online service you can use to show your portfolio of images if you do not already have an online venue. After the free account is created you can upload as many images as you like. Once your images are uploaded you will have a homepage for your account. You can then submit the address to our online form. If you would like to create a specific Flickr set for your portfolio that would be fine as well.
