Veteran’s Day Tribute in Chapel Tomorrow
Abilene Christian University’s annual Veterans Day Tribute will take place tomorrow at 11 a.m. November 11 in ACU’s Moody Coliseum.
The Abilene community is invited to join students, faculty and staff in honoring veterans during this special chapel. Current and former military are extended a special invitation and are welcome to wear their uniforms.
Representatives from Dyess Air Force Base will be on hand and patriotic musical selections will be performed by the Taylor Elementary School choir. Ray Blackwell (’52) will be highlighted in a video tribute, and a very special presentation will be made by Lt. Gen. Leroy Sisco (’67).
