Members of the PGC research team, led by Dr. Charlie Pruett presented original research at the Southwest Social Science Association conference in Austin, Texas over the Easter weekend.
Sessions presented included:
- The Process of Retirement Planning Scale: An Application to Members of the Clergy, with James Knapp
- Intergenerational Town Hall Meeting as a Learning Experience for University Students
- Connecting the University with Community: Identification of Aging Issues from an Intergenerational Perspectives by Organizing an Intergenerational Town Hall Meeting.
The sessions were well attended and the discussions were engaging. All members of the team, Dr. & Mrs. Pruett, Emily Adams, and Helen Teague returned to Abilene safely.
