Matt is a single 26 year old male that works as an editor for the Abilene Newspaper. He likes having a locally owned place where he can relax and hangout whether it be with friends or just himself. He likes his coffee for when he’s up late for work, but he also likes a drink from time to time. Matt also has a Celiac Disease so he has to have fresh gluten free coffee and milk. He found out about a Coffee and Cocktail bar opening up in downtown Abilene, and he thought he’d check the website to see if they had gluten free options for him.
