Name: Donna and Trevor

Age: 42 & 46

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Occupation: Doctor, Attorney

Trevor is an established attorney, with clients all over Texas, and a reputation for getting the job done. Donna is a doctor in Flower Mound, dedicated to her patients and to helping those in need. Donna and Trevor married late, and never had the chance to have children. They recently heard about Network 1:27, and the work they do to care for children, and for the families that adopt those children. Donna and Trevor have been wanting to adopt, and to grow their family, but they haven’t been sure of how to do it or where to start. They visit Network 1:27’s website and start reading their about page, and they learn of Network 1:27’s Christ centered mission to care for the world. Donna and Trevor are impressed and continue to research Network 1:27.

Anne-Marie Reflection

0 Commentsby   |  02.27.17  |  Anne-marie Coffee/Dialexa Reflection

Anne-Marie’s talk was really good for us seniors/non-professionals. I enjoyed hearing about her experience as a woman in the workplace, and I also enjoyed hearing her talk about her drive, and how far that can get you in the real world.

Listening to her talk about being a woman in the workplace was interesting, because I have had moments like the one’s she has encountered, and I always figured that maybe if I were older, or more hard working, or if I spoke up more, than these moments where I am overlooked or looked down upon would discontinue. But, I guess that is just not the case. It’s just a case of workplace relations, and it’s something that companies and individuals all over the world are working on – like Dialexa and their women’s group meetings.

It was good to hear her talk with confidence about her job and the workplace in general.
