Mandatory Meeting
Please make sure you all have Tuesday, October 6th on your schedule to attend the Departmental Mandatory meeting at 4:30pm. Attendance is required. Unlike many years when similar information has been dispensed, this year we will be announcing changes to our Graphic Design class offering schedule and Fine Art sequencing. You need to have this information. You will also receive other important information about internships, events and requirements for the year.

We begin registration for Spring 2016 and Summer 2016 on October 26th and will continue until Freshmen get to register on November 11th. You can begin setting up advising appointments with her on October 5th. Freshmen and Sophomore students you can not receive your advising code until you meet with Arlene so please do not delay in setting up your appointments. Juniors and Seniors you need advising codes to register also but you can choose whether to meet with her or not. She would prefer us to meet so we can ensure there are no issues on your pathway to graduation. You can access Arlene’s calendar in the link below her name where it says YouCanBookMe in emails.

Advising Workshops – Freshmen
Please make sure you attend an Advising Workshop on either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. We will meet from 11-12 in DMC 141 for as long as you can stay. This will be a vital piece in you understanding the process and having the tools necessary to make registration as easy as possible.
