HR is excited to bring the campus a new Performance Management system that is loaded with options to customize it and make it meaningful for your department. Over the past two years the HR office has created and piloted this new Performance Management system. It replaces the Performance Appraisal that has previously been used.
There will be trainings throughout all of 2012. Each will be from 2 – 3 p.m. in the Adams Center Classroom. All employees that receive performance appraisals or that give performance appraisals are encouraged to attend a training.
