The paper PAF forms have been modified to make the following changes. Please take some time to download the new PAF file. Summary of PAF Changes (November 2012):
- Changed termination codes on the termination PAF.
- Added a check box on the Academic Supplemental PAF where payer can indicate that the payment should continue until further notice.
