If you elected the Health Savings Account (HSA) for 2014, you should have received a debit card in the mail from HSABank. ACU’s employer contribution will be deposited to your HSA by the end of the day on Tuesday, January 7. If you have elected to make contributions to your HSA, these will be available as each payroll runs, beginning with the 1/15/14 check for nonexempt employees and the 1/31/14 check for exempt employees. There will be a come-and-go reception to honor April Hutsell, of Student Financial Services, for her dedicated service to the university. The reception will take place on Thursday, January 9, 2-4 p.m., in the Campus Center Living Room. A brief presentation will be held at 2:30. Please join us in expressing thanks and appreciation to April for her time here at ACU.
With Campus Cash, Faculty/Staff will be able to enjoy a meal at the discounted price of $5.00 per meal. Meal plan options will be available with the opening of the 2014 Spring Semester. You simply make the purchase. The funds are posted to your account and you can begin swiping your ACU ID card as you enter the The World Famous Bean.
These may be purchased on line with credit or debit card at my.acu.edu (click on campus cash), purchase with cash at The Depot or by payroll deduction (Payroll Deduction Authorization Form). Additional funds can be added to your account at any time.
You must purchase the Campus Cash meal plan option in order to receive the $5 discounted price. Individually purchased meals will be $6.50.
