New Travel Booking Tool-One Stop Shop

University Purchasing is pleased to announce a new one stop shop booking tool for all of your ACU business travel (not personal) needs. We have partnered with Enterprise and National to assist you in simplifying your travel plans. You will be able to book your entire trip: flight, hotel and rent car from a single log in with negotiated discount rates for all of them. It will even tie directly in to your Emerald Club rewards automatically. Please join us for a 30 minute training session anytime between 9-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. on the following days: Friday March 7th, Wednesday March 26th and Thursday March 27th. All training will be done at the Nichols House at 1926 Campus Court. Please RSVP to purchasing@acu.edu with the day and time you would like to come.
