Nancy Shankle Jordan Farewell Reception
The Provost’s Office invites you to a farewell reception honoring Dr. Nancy Shankle Jordan for her 24 years of service to ACU on Thursday, May 29, 3-4:30 p.m., in the Adams Center Classroom. Dr. Robert Rhodes will make a short presentation at 3:30 p.m. Nancy will be moving to Texarkana to serve as Associate Provost at Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
Empty Shred Tub Shortage
University Purchasing has a shortage of empty shred tubs to replace the ones we pick up from campus offices. If you have an empty shred tub that you are not using, please contact us via e-mail at purchasing@acu.edu or call us at extension 2246 so we can pick it up.
Library Holiday Closure
Memorial Day weekend hours of operation for Brown Library are Sat. (5/24) 1-5 p.m., closed Sunday (5/25) and Monday (5/26) for Memorial Day holiday.
SRWC Closed on Memorial Day
The SRWC will be closed on Monday, May 26 for the Memorial Day Holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 27 at 6 a.m. Please plan your workouts accordingly.
Get Your Tickets Now for ACU at the Ballpark
More than 600 members of the ACU community will be at Globe Life Park in Arlington to cheer on the Rangers against the Indians on Monday, June 9. Don’t miss your chance to join them. HSA: Online Transfers/Contributions
1. Log in to Internet Banking
2. Click on “Transfers” and “Schedule Transfers” in the menu.
3. Select “Click Here”, then complete the transfer information by selecting a from account and a to account.
4. Enter the amount you would like to transfer.
- Transfers to or from an external checking or savings may be scheduled on a one-time or recurring basis.
- Transfers to or from an investment account (opened through HSA Bank) may be scheduled on a one-time basis.
5. After you set up an online transfer, HSA Bank will send you a confirmation email.
Cashier Summer Hours
The Financial Operations Cashier summer hours will be from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and are effective from June 2, 2014 through August 1, 2014.
Outstanding Staff Nominations
Each year during Pre-Session, we take the opportunity to present awards to two outstanding staff members. The Senior Leadership Team will select the honorees based on nominations they receive from the campus. Please take time to nominate a member of the staff for this honor. The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, June 27th.
Please note: These awards are for staff employees only; faculty members are honored in each college.
Shredding Services
Year End is here!!! With that, we know a lot of offices are cleaning out old files. If you have old files that need to be shredded, please contact University Purchasing at purchasing@acu.edu. We charge $10 to shred an 18 gallon Rubbermaid container worth or a file box worth of shredding. We provide the containers as well as free pickup and delivery. Be sure and include the following information in your e-mail: pickup location, number of tubs needed, amount of shredding to be picked up, contact phone number, ACU Box number and a FOAP to charge; we will handle the rest. If you have any questions regarding this service please contact University Purchasing at 2246.
