Free Lunchtime Exercise Class: Fri Session Added

by   |  01.28.15  |  Announcements, Campus Perks

Due to popular demand, our free lunchtime exercise class is now offered on Fridays too…
The SRWC is offering a 30 minute REFIT® class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday this semester at 12:15 p.m. These classes are free all semester long! REFIT® is a dance fitness program that uses positive upbeat music to inspire everyone! No dance experience is required because this lunch-time version of REFIT® has low to moderate impact moves to generate a great workout. This class is designed as an alternative to a brisk walk around campus. Participants will be able to move a bit, stretch a bit, sweat just a bit, and leave class relaxed and ready to finish out their work or school day.

ACU requires the purchase of insurance on all car rentals; thanks to our contract through the E & I Purchasing Cooperative, insurance coverage is already included in our rental rates at no extra charge when we use Enterprise or National.
