The SRWC will have adjusted hours for Easter Break. We will be closing at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 2 and will be closed all day on Friday & Saturday, April 3 & 4. Sarah Cortez, author of How to Undress a Cop and Cold Blue Steel, will give a public reading of her works on Tuesday, March 24, at 8 p.m. in Hart Auditorium. Admission is free. More information is available here.
The grand opening of the new stadium for track, field and soccer; — which will retain the name Elmer Gray Stadium from the old facility – will be at 11:45 a.m. Friday, April 10. Wear purple and come celebrate this historic day!
You have 30 days from the date of a qualifying event to notify Human Resources and make changes to your benefits. Otherwise, you must wait until the next annual enrollment period to make a change to your elections. In some cases, your election will become effective on the first day of the month following your request. If your change is the result of birth, adoption or placement for adoption, your election will become effective on the date of the event. Please join us for the 2nd Annual Jinkerson Golf Scramble on Friday, April 17th. The tournament will have a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. at the Abilene Country Club. The 8th annual Springboard Ideas Awards Dinner will be held on Thursday, April 9th at 6:00 p.m. in the Hunter Welcome Center. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased on the Griggs Center homepage. This Wednesday, March 18, the Student Alumni Association is organizing the second annual #ILoveACU Day. Post why you love ACU to your social media of choice and use the hashtag #ILoveACU – or swing by the Campus Center or Brown Library and write it on a sticky note. We’ll collect the responses and post them on the Campus Center windows as a way to show appreciation to all those who make the incredible ACU experience possible.
