Accounts Payable Vendor Payment

Please communicate with vendors that we now offer three methods for them to receive payment – Check, ACH, and now Virtual Card.  ACU has partnered with Commerce bank to offer virtual card as a payment method.  Virtual Card is a randomly generated card number that is provided to vendors for processing their payment at their convenience through their payment portal.  Vendors will receive calls from Commerce Bank customer service representatives in upcoming months requesting enrollment in the new program.
