Procurement Office & Warehouse Break Hours

University Procurement Office and Warehouse will be closed for normal business during the break beginning Monday, March 14 through Friday, March 18th. During the close we will be accepting all incoming shipments (UPS, FedEx and freight) and phone calls only. If there is a need for any shipments that arrive, the warehouse will be open and available for you to pick up between 8:30-11:30 and 1:30-4:30. There will not be any deliveries made, including warehouse stock orders, outgoing shipment pick-ups or recycling.  For your outgoing packages, there are overnight drop boxes located in the Campus Center, or you may leave your ground packages at the Campus Store dock by the back door of the Campus Store receiving area for UPS or FedEx pick-ups.
