If you elected to receive your IRS Form W-2 electronically, your W-2 is now available. To retrieve your W-2, follow these instructions:
1) Log in to my.acu.edu
2) Click on the “Banner” link at the top of the page
3) Click on the “Employee” tab
4) Click on “Tax Forms”
5) Click on “W-2 Wage and Tax Statement”
6) Select tax year 2016, and select the “Display” button
For a printable W-2, please click on the “printable W-2” button at the bottom left of the page. You will be redirected to a screen asking for your PIN, which is your 6-digit birth date MMDDYY.
