Procurement Office and Warehouse Year End Closure

The Procurement Office and Warehouse will be closed to conduct a required physical inventory and close out FY17. In order to complete our year end duties we will be closed, Friday, May 26th from noon-5:00, Monday, May 29th for the Memorial Day holiday, Tuesday, May 30th and Wednesday, May 31st from 8:00-5:00.  During the close we will be accepting all incoming shipments (UPS, FedEx and freight). If there is a need for any shipments that arrive, you can pick them up between 8:30-11:30 and 1:00-3:00. There will not be any deliveries or pick-up request performed during this time.
