NOW is the time to schedule your annual wellness visit at the ACU Medical Clinic. Students will be arriving back on campus soon and appointments will be limited for faculty, staff, and dependent wellness visits. Schedule yours on the patient portal today or call us at 325-674-2625 to make sure you get one of the available appointments between now and the deadline, September 30.

Football single-game tickets go on sale Aug. 16. Be sure to get yours by visiting the ticketing website. As a reminder, you have access to one free general admission ticket for each home game. You also can purchase additional general admission tickets for immediate family at a 20 percent discount.
The new 2017-18 Faculty/Staff Parking Permits (F/S Permits) have arrived and are now available at NO CHARGE during regular ACUPD lobby hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday–Friday.
Recognizing that many employees may still be out for the summer and may not be able to obtain their new permits immediately, enforcement for expired parking permits will not begin until the 5th day of class, Friday Sept. 1st. Remember that parking citations come with a $20 fine, so do the math; FREE permit versus $20 citations! And as always, while the initial F/S Permit is FREE, replacement permits issued due to theft/loss or for 2nd vehicle convenience are $5 each.

We want to encourage all employees that are covered by ACU’s medical insurance to participate in the Wellness Program that was launched on June 1, 2017. As a reminder, to receive a discount on your premiums for 2018 for your annual exam, the time period for those exams to be completed is October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017. You still have time to schedule those exams to meet the deadline. This year we are also giving you the chance to receive an additional discount on your 2018 premiums by completing two activities by November 15, 2017.
