Update for Tax Exempt Purchases

Please remember as you use your P-card for purchases of food, supplies or at the ACU Bookstore, to mention that ACU is tax exempt and should not be charged tax for purchases. Replacement chip purchasing cards were not printed with the university’s tax-exempt ID number. If you would like to request a new card with the tax ID number, please e-mail Sara Parker at sara.parker@acu.edu. Reissued p-cards will be ready for pickup in 7-10 business days from the order date. In the meantime, proof of tax exemption can be proved by using the following forms:
