Three ESL students are coming for summer ESL and we’d like to pair them with a faculty or staff person this summer for weekly coffee or tea breaks. Did you miss the onsite wellness portal demos last week? If so, you can watch online tutorials that will guide you through the new website. To access the tutorials, log in to your GPA account and click on the wellness link. From there, you will be directed to the Wellness home page. Scroll down the home page to find the “My Tutorials” section and choose a topic to learn more about. Fall is just around the corner, and the Alumni team would love to partner with you on communication for your Homecoming 2018 events. Summer Hours for the Finance Office Cashier will begin Monday, May 21st. The Cashier will only be open two days a week — Mondays and Thursdays –from 1:30-4:30pm beginning May 21 through Aug. 3.
Starbucks in the Brown Library will be closed for the period of May 12 through May 20 to transition from Aramark to Chartwells. It will reopen on Monday, May 21 and remain open during the remainder of the summer.
The Procurement/Warehouse Summer hours of operation will be 8:00 -12:00 noon and 1:00-4:00, Mon.– Fri., beginning May 14 through Aug. 24 with the exception of the year end closure schedule. If you have any questions, please contact University Procurement at 2246 or email purchasing@acu.edu.
