The Water Works Challenge is a month-long personal health challenge designed to increase your water consumption. This activity will be available to track online beginning June 1 within the My Challenges page on your portal – You can record up to 8 glasses per day. The goal of the challenge is to drink 150 glasses of water by the end of the month to receive credit. Record your participation online by June 30 or submit the paper Challenge Tracking Form by July 15 to earn 1 Wellness Point!
Beginning Friday, June 1 we will be live in a new applicant tracking system, Page Up. The new system will handle all employment postings (faculty, staff and student) for the university. We are excited about bringing all of our employment opportunities into one system.
We’re encouraging all hiring managers, whether you hire faculty, staff or students, to sign up for a training session to learn about Page Up. We’re offering multiple sessions this week: Sign Up for Page Up. If you can’t make a session this week watch My ACU News for weekly options beginning next week.
Please join us for a farewell reception honoring Lee De Leon, Director of Athletics. There will be a come-and-go reception celebrating Lee’s service to ACU on Friday, June 8, from 1:30-3:00 p.m., in the Wildcat Stadium, Club Level. Dr. Schubert will make a presentation at 2:15 p.m. Lee has accepted a role as Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director/Assistant Vice President for Development at Purdue and will begin his new role on June 25. We hope you’ll take time to come by and visit with Lee and his family.

The sun is out and this is a great time to remember that a Preventative Skin Exam will earn you 1 point on the Wellness Portal toward your medical discount for next year. In addition to getting your exam, remember to apply and reapply sunscreen often!
