The Finance Office Cashier will close on Friday, December 21st for Winter Break. It is recommended that all department cash/checks be deposited by Thursday the 20th and not held in offices over the break. The Cashier will re-open on January 2nd from 1:30-4:30 p.m.

Contrary to what was noted during open enrollment, all employees on ACU’s medical plan will be getting a new ID card for 2019. ELAP is requiring that the new provider help link be added to all ID cards for 1/1/19. The good news is that nothing else on the ID cards are changing, so if you happen to show your current ID card next year, all group numbers and Rx BIN numbers are the same, so there shouldn’t be any employee disruption.
The “2019 Summary of Benefits and Coverage” and the “Glossary of Health Coverage and Medical Terms” are now available for review on the HR website under the Employee Benefits, “Important Notices” section.
Happy Holiday Wildcats! Cheer on our Wildcat Men’s and Women’s basketball teams this Saturday, Dec. 8, with Christmas Slam 2018! The men’s basketball team takes on Schreiner at 10:30 a.m., and the women’s team makes history with their 1 p.m. match against Arkansas, the first SEC member we’ve hosted in Moody Coliseum.
