Incoming Mail and Shipments

by   |  09.11.19  |  Announcements

Incoming mail and shipments for departments and employees are processed by two different departments. Mail and shipments through the U.S. Postal Service are received by University Mail Services. It is their goal to have the mail boxed in the mailboxes about 2 p.m. or delivered on the routes that afternoon. Shipments through FedEx, UPS or freight companies are received by the Operations Warehouse. It is their goal to have shipments received by 11:30 a.m., delivered that afternoon by 5 p.m. Shipments that arrive after 11:30 a.m. will be delivered the next day. Occasionally FedEx or UPS will deliver a department package to University Mail Services, who will process it.

If you are looking for a specific piece of mail or shipment, you will need to have the tracking number to inquire about it. You may contact either or both departments to check on the status, University Mail Services at 2530 or ums@acu.edu and the Operations Warehouse at 2365 or warehouse@groupmail.acu.edu.
