Virtual Card Provider Transition

Accounts Payable is in the process of transitioning the university’s virtual card program also known as SUA (Single Use Account) payments from Commerce Bank to JP Morgan Chase. Vendors will be contacted by JPMC in the coming months by phone or via email and your department may receive communication from vendors requesting more information. Vendors who are currently paid by virtual card will receive an email containing a link from JP Morgan Chase for J.P. Morgan’s Voltage SecureMail. The launch date for the new SUA program with JPMC is March 2. We want to ensure that vendors and suppliers continue to receive their payments in a timely manner, so please email aphelp@acu.edu if you have any questions or if you receive inquiries from vendors.
