Due to the current climate we are cancelling the ACU Credit Union Annual Meeting. We will reschedule as soon as possible. The Credit Union will be notifying you at that time.
We have postponed the Biometric Screening event scheduled for March 18th. Individuals that were signed up for a screening will receive an email with additional details related to how they can complete their screening with their physician should they choose to do so. Please contact humanresources@acu.edu if you have any questions.
ACU students, faculty and staff who have traveled outside Abilene in the last two weeks must complete this confidential travel form prior to their return to campus, as recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
This information allows ACU’s HR Office to follow up with individuals regarding any specific CDC recommendations. Please wait for a response from the HR Office BEFORE RETURNING to campus. Supervisors, please check with your employees to ensure they have submitted this important form.

The Cashier desk in the Finance office will only be open one day each week beginning next week (3/30 – 4/3). Thursdays will be the day to process your deposits. For your convenience, the hours will be extended and you will have from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to visit the Cashier desk on Thursdays.
Until April 9th, Mail Services will be open Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m. We are closing for lunch. Routes will be run daily starting at 1:30 p.m. Mail is being dropped off and picked up by all of our carriers daily; USPS, UPS, FedEx, FedEx Ground and DHL. If you have any questions or if your area will be closed, please give us a call at ext 2530.

You have another chance to get credit for your biometric screening on campus! EHealth Screenings is coming back to the Abilene Campus!
We have added more time slots available from 7:30-11:00 am.
There are two ways to secure your spot!
You can sign in to your Mobile Health account using this link or using the app. Then on the left-hand side click “Biometric Screening.”
Or you can go straight to the eHealth website. You will use the username and password you created after registering. If you still need help registering, please look at previous email sent on 2/18/20 from humanresources@acu.edu or reach out to hannah.nuhn@acu.edu.
Remember, you have the option to download the physician’s form to take with you to your annual exam for this credit.
