As part of our wellness program for 2020, employees are encouraged to receive a biometric screening. Completing this screening, along with an annual wellness exam, will fulfill your requirements to receive the full wellness discount on your 2021 premiums. If your spouse is on ACU’s medical plan, completing both of these steps will also get them the full discount.
If you or your spouse were not able to attend one of the onsite biometric screenings and you are planning to go to your primary doctor or the ACU Clinic for your annual physical and blood work, please see these instructions. This will direct you to access the necessary form that your doctor or their staff can complete in order to receive credit for your biometric screening.
