Have you downloaded the new wellness program app? With the upcoming Onsite Biometric Screening, the easiest way to schedule your appointment is through the Mobile Health Consumer App!
The app gives you access to all of your benefits information in one convenient location. You can access benefit ID cards, check on your wellness requirements, view incentives, access additional HR forms and information, and much more. You can download it on Google Play or the Apple Store. You can also access Mobile Health through their website without downloading the app. Here is a link to that website.
