We are pleased to introduce Wildcat Rewards, a new rewards program for ACU that allows parents and alumni to earn points to pay for college expenses and gain access to exclusive experiences. Points can be earned with the new Wildcat Rewards Visa Card, and can be used to pay for college expenses for any student at any college. Points are worth up to double for ACU students. Wildcat Rewards points also are fully stackable with ACU’s employee tuition benefit. In addition, a mobile app for students will be introduced this fall to reward engagement through challenges. In order to focus our efforts on the successful opening of the fall semester, we have decided to postpone staff pre-session. The annual staff awards will be given out at a later date. We are looking forward to a time when the entire staff can join together in one space again.

You can access either one of these accounts by simply opening a browser, typing amazon.com or smile.amazon.com and enter the login information that you acquired when you were set up as a user under the ACU Amazon Business Prime account. The Operations Warehouse has a new e-mail that should be used when placing all Warehouse Stock orders (paper and drinks) as well as all Pickup requests (Recycling, shredding storage requests). We’re really looking forward to the start of our new Fall Semester! Beginning Monday, August 24th, the Cashier desk in the Financial Operations Dept. will be open two days a week — Mondays and Thursdays from 1:30-4:30 p.m.

As part of our wellness program, employees are encouraged to receive a biometric screening.  Completing this screening, along with an annual wellness exam, will fulfill your requirements to receive the full wellness discount on your 2021 premiums. Deadline is September 30, 2020.  If your spouse is on ACU’s medical plan, completing both of these steps will also get them the full discount.

As this most unusual fall semester begins, we all have a part to play to keep the ACU community safe from COVID-19.
