A consultant from TIAA will be offering individual counseling sessions on campus to discuss your personal financial situation and retirement investments on September 13, 14 and 15 , in the Brown Library Idea Room 1. The Department of History and Global Studies and the Graduate School of Theology will host a memorial service for Dr. Andrea Di Stefano on September 20, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in Chapel on the Hill.
Did you know that you can check your wellness credits through our wellness platform Mobile Health? You can view your information through their mobile app (Apple or Google Play) or by going to their website. To check your credits, from the home screen, click on Wellness Program and you will then see the requirements you have completed. As a reminder, employees and spouses covered on ACU medical plan must complete the wellness requirements by September 30, 2022, to receive wellness credit towards their 2023 premiums. The two requirements are to complete an annual exam with your doctor and receive a biometric screening or preventative lab work. Please email humanresources@acu.edu with questions.

Summit will be here before you know it! On Oct. 13-14, join us in the Onstead-Packer Biblical Studies Building for Summit. We will address the unique needs of congregational and ministry leaders by crafting experiences specifically for children’s ministers, Hispanic ministers, preachers, recovery ministry leaders, small-church leaders, and youth ministers. Or, join our general interest community, led by faculty from the College of Biblical Studies, that will explore 1 Peter and the relevance it holds for the church today. Whether you formally serve in ministry or simply enjoy diving more deeply into the Word of God, Summit is for you! Registration is now open, and early registration closes Sept. 14. Monday classes beginning at 10 a.m. should be dismissed at 10:30 a.m. to give everyone adequate time to attend Opening Assembly. Offices should close at 10:30 a.m. so that all staff can attend. Program participants, including band and choir members, are excused from the 10 a.m. class meeting after checking in with the instructor. Faculty will gather in Teague Special Events Center in full regalia by 10:45 a.m.

GPA, our company’s benefits plan administrator, and ELAP Services, have come together to form a new company, Imagine360. Coming together allows them to deliver exceptional member support to you and your family.
This means that as a member of our health plan, you’ll start seeing a lot of positive changes, including a new member experience team designed to improve your experience with one number to call for all your needs. In addition, you will start to see the Imagine360 name more over the coming months, as well as some materials still with GPA and ELAP logos as updates are made.

The current GPA website and member portal continue to be available with new messages that introduce Imagine360.
Member Support
Continue to call the current phone number listed on your benefit ID cards whenever you have questions about your benefits.
Email Addresses
The company emails have now changed to imagine360.com addresses, but any emails sent to the “old” address are automatically forwarded. You may have already seen messages from your contacts within Imagine 360 along these lines.
