Benefits Tip: New Year, New Deductions

Please take a minute to look at your pay stub in myACU Banner so that you are aware of your earnings and deductions. Your elections from open enrollment for your 2023 benefit deductions was seen for the first time on the Jan 6th paycheck. It’s important that you verify your deductions were set up as you expected. Failure to notify HR of a discrepancy in a timely manner could result in our inability to process a change. If you need help locating your pay stub or have a question, please contact HR at x2359 or humanresources@acu.edu.

Spring Cashier Hours

Beginning January 17th, the Finance office Cashier days/hours of operation will be changing to Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

MACCC Holiday Hours

The MACCC will be in the office January 9-January 13 from 9-1. We will resume regular hours, 8-4:30, on January 17.

Alumni Day Luncheon

We’re excited to announce that Justice Jeff Boyd (’83) of Austin, Texas, has been named the 2023 Outstanding Alumnus of the Year, and Zach Garza (’04) of Dallas, Texas, has been named 2023 Young Alumnus of the Year. Join us in honoring Boyd and Garza at our annual Alumni Day luncheon on Sunday, April 2 at 12:30 p.m. You may reserve a table of eight for $150 using a FOAP as payment here. Individual tickets will go on sale later this month.

First Aid/CPR/AED Courses at the SRWC

Electronic Consent for W-2 and 1095-C

The IRS requires ACU to issue a W-2 and 1095-C tax form. We encourage you to sign up to receive your 2024 tax forms electronically through your myACU Banner. To opt into electronic delivery, navigate to your employee dashboard and select the following:

 

Taxes -> Electronic Regulatory Consent -> Check the appropriate boxes for W-2 and 1095-C -> Submit

 

Once these forms are available on myACU Banner, you will receive an email notification from HR if you elected to opt into electronic delivery. The IRS deadline for the W-2 is January 31, 2025. The 1095-C is not necessary for filing your taxes and will be available by the IRS deadline of March 3, 2025.
