If you are enrolled in ACU’s medical plan and want an easy way to earn your credit for receiving your biometric screening, please schedule an appointment for one of our on-site screenings.
Reminder: All employees and spouses enrolled in ACU’s medical plan for 2023 must complete a biometric screening & annual physical with their physician by 9/30/23 to avoid the wellness premium surcharge in 2024.
Onsite Screening Dates and Times:
ACU (Abilene) – Hunter Welcome Center Reeves Conference Room April 19th – 21st: 7:30-12:00pm
There are two ways to register for your appointment – through Mobile Health or the link provided in the attached flyer for eHealthScreenings.
REMEMBER: You must fast (no food) for 9 hours before your appointment. Please drink plenty of water. Black coffee is permitted. Continue to take any prescription medications. If you are diabetic, please consult your physician before fasting.
If you are not able to attend one of the onsite screenings, whether you are a remote employee or due to a schedule conflict, there is a form on the eHealth website to download for you to complete your screening with your physician. Follow the steps to schedule a screening to access the form.
To earn your 2024 Wellness Discount, employees and spouses enrolled in an ACU medical plan need to have an annual exam and biometric screening completed by September 30, 2023. Please contact humanresources@acu.edu with any questions.
