We believe that students who are in the home of faculty and staff thrive and retain at a higher rate than those who are not; therefore, the Student Entertainment Reimbursement program exists primarily to support faculty and staff in hosting a variety of students in their homes. It is not intended for the regular meeting of a group. It is intended to support faculty and staff in hosting their current students in their homes for a meal. Beginning January 2024, when faculty & staff host a minimum of 5 students in their home for a meal, they can be reimbursed $8 per student in attendance. The Reimbursement Form can be found on the Accounting & Finance Page located on myACU. Questions should be directed to accountspayable@acu.edu or humanresources@acu.edu.

Beginning January 1st, 2024, the Finance Office Cashier will change their days of operation to Mondays & Wednesdays of each week. Hours of availability will remain the same from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

The Honors College cordially invites submissions of proposals from all ACU faculty members for Honors Colloquia for the 2024-2025 academic year. These colloquia serve as unique opportunities for ACU professors to share their expertise within their research specializations and other areas of interest while engaging with the University’s top undergraduate students in an intimate seminar setting. We encourage you to submit your proposal if you have a compelling colloquium idea. The deadline for submissions is January 12th, with priority given to proposals received by December 31st. The SRWC will have an extended Christmas Holiday closure this year. We will be closed Saturday, Dec. 23 – Sunday, Jan. 7 to make repairs and refinish all gym, studio and racquetball floors. This process is only necessary every 10-12 years. Thank you for your patience as we work to make these improvements. Please see the SRWC Operating Hours Calendar for all holiday hours.
