Mental Health First Aid

The Betty Hardwick Center is excited to offer an upcoming Adult Mental Health First Aid class!  Below you can find the Eventbrite registration link and information regarding the upcoming class.  After registration ends, participants will be contacted with further instructions regarding MHFA Connect, which is where participants will complete a pre eval, opinions quiz, final test, course evaluation, and download their certificate.

The course is free of charge due to some grant funding.  And in case you are wondering what MHFA is, it is a course that teaches adults how to recognize signs and symptoms of a mental health challenge and provides skills on how to provide initial assistance until professional help is achieved or the crisis resolves.
