Please join us as the Pruitt Speaker Series welcomes Dr. Kenneth Sytsma to discuss, “Future Species & Habitats – Should Faith Play a Role?” on Monday, February 24 at 7 p.m. in ACU Halbert-Walling Research Center 101 with Reception to follow. Dr. Kenneth Sytsma is a professor of botany at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His previous studies include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Calvin College, a Master of Science in Ecology and Biology from Western Michigan University, and a Ph.D. in Systematic and Evolutionary Biology from Washington University. Among Sytsma’s many studies, he is also a member of Geneva Campus Church which he attends with his wife and nine children. With his vast scope of interest, Sytsma offers valuable perspectives and interesting insights on how the future of species and habitats will evolve and where faith should play its role.
