You and your covered dependents have access to The Standard’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This confidential service offers free over-the-phone counseling any time, day or night, to help you with a variety of personal situations. The EAP also provides up to 3 counseling sessions for both you and your covered dependents, either in person or over the phone. Counselors can help with concerns such as emotional well-being and health, relationships, parenting and addiction. ACU Gives is here! Join the fun by giving back to dozens of scholarships, projects and programs across campus that directly impact our Wildcat community! To honor ACU’s founding, we’re setting aside 1,906 minutes of giving on April 29-30 to celebrate ACU and campaign for our programs. All gifts made at acu.edu/acugives through Wednesday will count toward our goal. Come by the Purple Line tent in the campus mall from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. We will have free drinks, hot dogs and fun activities. If you missed our virtual Q&A session with our Auxiant and Fairos team, we are sharing a recording of the session below. Auxiant is the third-party administrator who pays ACU’s medical claims and administers the plan. Fairos can help you find healthcare providers, provide a medical advocate if needed, and assist with balance bills. Please reach out to HR with any questions!

ACU is excited to offer Medicare 101 Sessions to our employees again this year! We are hosting 1 virtual session with a Medicare expert, Tamela Southan, who will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding Medicare, how it works, how Medicare and ACU insurance work together and how they don’t, etc. All employees who attend one of the sessions will also get a complimentary one-on-one session with Tamela to answer any follow-up questions you may have. A consultant from TIAA will be offering individual counseling sessions on campus to discuss your personal financial situation and retirement investments on April 23rd and 24th.
