Our mental health is as important as our physical health. But by taking care of our bodies, we can improve our mental health. A few ways to do this are: Eat nutritious meals. “What am I about to put in my body? Is it going to help it or be used for fuel?” If not, try to eat it in moderation. Drink plenty of water. This can be different for everyone. Try to increase your intake because studies show 75% of Americans do not drink enough water each day. Exercise. This actually releases endorphins and dopamine in our brains to help decrease depression and anxiety and improve our moods. Get enough sleep. While this may sound easier said than done, a tip is to stop using electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bed. Set a bedtime and start winding down. Summer Cashier Hours will continue to be on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons beginning on May 13th and ending on August 22nd. The hours will change to 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
