Wednesday, May 27, is the last day inventory orders will be taken and charged for this fiscal year. Orders placed May 28 or 29 will be held and fulfilled the following Monday, June 2, and charged in the new fiscal year.

National Student Employment Week is a time to recognize the faithful service and dedication of our student employees, whose work reflects excellence, responsibility, and Christ-centered character across campus.

Abilene Christian University will celebrate National Student Employment Week from April 13–17, 2026. Departments are encouraged to show appreciation to their student employees for a job well done.

Hiring managers are also invited to nominate outstanding student employees for a chance to win a prize. Nominations may be submitted through this Google Form, providing an opportunity to recognize students who consistently go above and beyond in their roles. Winners will be selected on Friday.

You can change your retirement savings by logging into Workday, going to “Benefits and Pay” on the left-hand menu, and clicking on “Change Retirement Savings.”

Come join the ACU Volleyball team for a fun day outdoors with the community before the school year is over! We are hosting a 4v4 grass volleyball tournament on April 25th, 2026, to raise funds for our 2026 Global Service Trip to Denmark, Sweden, and Germany!  Locations: Intramural Fields $80/team $15/ACU students!

All camps are held at Moody Coliseum, and campers are coached by the ACU women’s basketball team and its coaches. We offer basketball camps for Kindergarten through seniors in high school. Campers receive a t-shirt and a basketball. Discounts are offered for ACU staff.
