As a reminder, if you plan to attend a conference on behalf of ACU, all payments are to be made using your ACU Travel Card. This includes virtual conferences. You will still need to do a Travel Request within Concur so that the Department Budget Manager can ensure this expense fits within the Department’s FY21 Travel Budget. Due to COVID-19 travel and financial restrictions, the Travel Request will require Dean/VP approval as essential travel.
Jozell Brister is retiring from her position as Associate Professor of Management at the end of the summer. We hope to celebrate with Jozell in the fall but since we cannot celebrate her retirement in person at this time, we invite you to contribute to a virtual memory book we are creating to honor Jozell for her service to ACU and her contributions to the College of Business Administration and to ACU. You can send a short video greeting, note of appreciation, words of encouragement, memory, or anything else you wish to share with Jozell by filling out this link.
Email phishing is when an attacker sends a large number of emails targeting an organization, trying to trick people to provide their information. These emails will frequently state that there is a problem with the account, and provide a link that may look trustworthy. Remember never to click a link in an email without being sure it is valid. You can hover your mouse pointer over a link to display the true destination at the bottom of your web browser. Please see our Knowledge Base article: How do I know If an email is legitimate, and not phishing?
