If you manage, supervise, or advise students who will need to move into a residence hall before August 22nd for sophomores or the 16th for freshmen, please fill out this Early Move In Form. As you think about the date that will work best for your department, please keep in mind that there will be limited staff available to your students in the halls and you will need to provide meals for your students until their meal plan starts on the 22nd. This is to be filled out by the main contact for the organization, team, or office sponsoring a student or group’s early move-in, not the students themselves.
