Accounts Payable is in the process of transitioning the university’s virtual card program also known as SUA (Single Use Account) payments from Commerce Bank to JP Morgan Chase. Vendors will be contacted by JPMC in the coming months by phone or via email and your department may receive communication from vendors requesting more information. Vendors who are currently paid by virtual card will receive an email containing a link from JP Morgan Chase for J.P. Morgan’s Voltage SecureMail. The launch date for the new SUA program with JPMC is March 2. We want to ensure that vendors and suppliers continue to receive their payments in a timely manner, so please email aphelp@acu.edu if you have any questions or if you receive inquiries from vendors. Feel free to direct any inquiries or messages to Accounts Payable.
If you have remaining funds in your flexible spending account from 2019, you have until 3/15/2020 to use your Discovery Benefits debit card to pay for 2019 claims. After that time, you will only have access to your funds by filling out a manual claim form through 3/31/2020. On 4/1/2020, the 2019 plan year will close and any funds remaining will be inaccessible. Please also be sure that you have substantiated any prior claims that you used your FSA funds to pay for by this time as well. Failure to substantiate your claims could result in you having to repay those funds to Discovery Benefits.

Raster images are made up of pixels and are dependent on resolution. When you scale these, they can become less defined. Vector graphics are made up of paths or lines that are scalable without compromising the resolution. In this session, you will learn to create vector graphics from raster images using Adobe Illustrator. These vector graphics can be used when creating ads or marketing material or even in Maker Lab projects. Bring your lunch and your laptop. RSVP Friday, February 28 | 11:30am – 12:50pm | Innovation Foundry
