Calling all Wildcat fans! – Last year the Wildcats made ACU history when both the men’s and women’s teams won the Southland Conference Championship and advanced into the NCAA Tournament. Join your Wildcats in Katy, Texas from March 11th – 15th as they compete for their second conference championships!

All games will be played in the Leonard E. Merrell Center starting Wednesday, March 11th at 5 p.m. At this time, we do not have information on where our teams will be seeded in the tournament or what days/times they will play. This information will be updated on the Southland Conference website once available in early March.

At this time all-session tickets are on sale for $60 per book, children 5 and under are admitted free of charge. All sales are final. Data-driven maps are great for internal research and decision-making, but what about external communication? Join us in the Scholars Lab (Library 326) on Tuesday, February 18th at 11:30 a.m. with Amos Gutierrez, Learning Technology Specialist and Adobe Ambassador, to learn how to enhance data-driven maps from ArcGIS using Adobe Illustrator to effectively communicate your research.

Join us for a 2-part Family First Marriage Luncheon on March 25th and April 22nd. Drawing from renowned marriage researcher, Dr. John Gottman, Family First will offer a 2-part luncheon on, Making Marriage Work. Gottman shares practical research findings, tools, and techniques that have helped thousands of couples build stronger marriages. Family First Speaker Series Feb. 26th – A Path for Life: 5 Practices to Strengthen Your Marriage and Family. Join us on Feb. 26th, as Bradley Steele, new pulpit minister at University Church of Christ, presents, A Path for Life: 5 Practices to Strengthen Your Marriage and Family. This meaningful conversation will focus on how scripture reading, prayer, acts of mercy, sabbath, and community are important practices that can enhance marriage and family life. We are working on completing the 1095-C forms by the IRS deadline of March 2nd. HR will notify employees once they are available.  Please note that you do not have to wait to file your 2019 tax return if you are receiving a 1095-C.  Once these forms are available on myACU Banner, you will receive an email notification from HR if you elected to opt into electronic delivery.

You can still opt in to receive your 1095-C electronically, please complete the below instructions as soon as possible. Paper copies for those who do not opt into electronic delivery will be mailed by March 2, 2020.

Calling all faculty and staff: we want to celebrate YOU at the March 3rd men’s and women’s basketball games! You can receive up to 4 complimentary general admission tickets for the March 3 games by emailing tickets@acu.edu or by stopping by the Wildcat Ticket Center during office hours. Submit your requests no later than Thursday, Feb. 27 by 4:30 p.m. You may then pick up your tickets at the Wildcat Ticket Center Friday, Feb. 28 or Monday, March 2 during office hours.

Please take a minute to look at your pay stub in myACU Banner so that you are aware of your earnings and deductions. Your elections from open enrollment for your 2020 benefit deductions will be seen for the first time on your January 10th paycheck. It’s important that you verify your deductions were set up as you expected.

Please notify HR no later than January 31, 2020, regarding any discrepancies.  HR will not be able to make adjustments to your premiums or coverage after this date.
