W-2 and 1095-C Electronic Consent

The IRS requires ACU to issue a W-2 and 1095-C tax form. We encourage you to sign up to receive your 2019 tax forms electronically through your myACU Banner. To opt into electronic delivery, log in to myACU Banner and select the following:

  • Employee Tab
  • Tax Forms
  • Electronic Regulatory Consent
  • Check the appropriate box for W-2 and 1095-C
  • Submit
Once these forms are available on myACU Banner, you will receive an email notification from HR if you elected to opt into electronic delivery. The IRS deadline for the W-2 is Jan. 31, 2020. The 1095-C is not necessary for filing your taxes and will be available by the IRS deadline of Mar. 2, 2020.

Undergrad Research Festival

Applications and abstracts for the 2020 Undergraduate Research Festival are due on Friday, Jan. 24, by 5 p.m.

The ACU Undergraduate Research Festival, scheduled for Tuesday, April 7th, gives students an opportunity to present their research during concurrent sessions or as a poster. Students who present their research compete for Outstanding Presentation Awards in several categories. This year at the festival there will be a creative arts category for presentations focusing on digital, vocal, theatrical, and creative expression, as well as entries from the Images of Aging photography contest.

Submit here for Images of Aging entries.  All other festival proposals should be submitted here.

Cashier Closed 12/20/19

Year-end Donation Processes

Advancement Services will be closed for the holidays from December 23 through January 1. Any checks postmarked by December 31 will still be gift receipted as 2019 gifts. However, for credit card gifts to be receipted as a 2019 gift, the credit card transaction must be completed by December 31.

If your office receives donations, please send the checks and envelopes to our office as soon as possible after we reopen on January 2 so that we may close the 2019 books in a timely manner. Brown Library Acquisitions

A new blog has been implemented called Brown Library Acquisitions that offers students and faculty a monthly preview of library acquisitions. In an effort to spark interest among students and faculty and increase book checkouts, Brown Library Acquisitions is designed to be accessible, informative, and visually appealing. It offers previews of recently ordered books and short synopsis or quotes from the books once delivered, along with standing order titles and information on how to donate books from private collections. WACU Bake Sale

WACU is hosting its Christmas Bake and Craft Sale this Friday, Dec. 13. Stop by the WACU museum from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. to choose from a selection of pies, sweet treats, crafts and items from the museum. All proceeds from the sale will go to the WACU Endowed Scholarship Fund.
