If your department needs access to disinfectant supplies or personal protective equipment (PPE) please complete this COVID-19 Supply Request Form. Risk Management has secured EPA recommended disinfectant, hand sanitizer, and personal protective equipment that may be needed for daily operations. There are also hand sanitizer dispensers wall mounted throughout campus in common areas. Hand sanitizer can help prevent the spread of the virus, though the proper hand-washing technique is deemed to be more effective by the CDC.

ACU has purchased a reusable facemask for all faculty, staff, and students. The facemasks are expected to arrive the week of July 13 and will be mailed to departments for faculty and staff. Students who reside in residence halls will pick up their facemask during the move-in process. All other students can visit Wildcat Central to pick up their ACU facemask. The Summary of Material Modifications (SSM) modifies some of the information contained in the Summary Plan Description for ACU’s Health and Welfare Plan. It contains updates due to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief & Economic Security Act (CARES Act).  The document is located on the HR webpage under the Benefits tab.

Homecoming is just around the corner, and the Alumni team would love to partner with you as you plan your upcoming events! Note: Due to ongoing health and safety conversations related to COVID-19, all potential Homecoming event plans must be reviewed by Alumni Relations and University Events to make sure that the planning will meet university requirements for the fall. Please fill out this form with your initial ideas by Friday, July 17. We will be in touch with you this summer to help answer any questions you might have and give you more details about the process for approving events on campus this fall.

ACU has an exclusive agreement with PepsiCo. The contract allows for the sale or promotion of any product available only through PepsiCo on our campus. In order to stay in compliance, all beverages must be purchased through PepsiCo. We ask your help and cooperation in honoring both the stated intent and the spirit of the contract. Available on campus, there is a selection of drinks stocked in the Warehouse or you can place special orders through PepsiCo. All prices have been compared to market value. To help offset the cost, we are discounting the price on all drink purchases through the warehouse and PepsiCo. Prices are subject to changes as market value fluctuates. We will commit that pricing will not rise above $6.99 for soft drinks and $3.99 for water, until May 31, 2021

Group exercise classes are free for all SRWC members through the summer. All summer classes are being held in Gym D so participants can maintain social distancing.
