Wildcats United in Prayer

by   |  09.06.21  |  Announcements

As a new generation of Wildcats returns to campus, we want our students to know they aren’t alone. That’s why we’re bringing back Wildcats United in Prayer. When you register to participate, you’ll be matched with a student, or students, who have signed up to participate. There is no expectation of contact – this is an opportunity for faculty and staff to lift up a student in prayer and for our students to know a Wildcat is praying for them. Registration is open through Sept. 16.

Benefits Survey

by   |  09.06.21  |  Announcements

ACU has engaged Holmes Murphy, our employee benefits consultant, to undertake a complete benefits survey of ACU. The employee survey is a leading-edge measurement tool designed to determine, among other things:

  • How well our benefits live up to our goals as an organization
  • How well we communicate our benefits
  • How well employees understand the benefits available

Purpose of the employee survey
This survey will provide us with baseline data from which we can implement appropriate strategies and plans to improve what we do and how we do it.

Who will see your answers?
Your responses are confidential. No one from ACU will be provided with or will have access to your individual results, although ACU will receive aggregate survey results in order to see your feedback.

What do I have to do?
The survey should take less than 10-15 minutes and will be open for responses between Tuesday, Aug. 31, and Friday, Sept. 10. If you have any trouble completing the survey, please contact Elsa Dunson at edunson@holmesmurphy.com for assistance.

Follow this link to the survey or copy and paste the URL below into your internet browser: https://surveys.shareabundantly.com/jfe/form/SV_6P7zjeOlTBfB7eK

NOTE: Due to timing, some ideas/next steps from the survey results may not be implemented for the upcoming 2022 benefits year but will be used for future benefit/strategy planning for 2023 and beyond.
